Traumatic brain injuries, or TBI, are an important and serious public health problem. This is a fact we can all agree on. Discussions of the long term affects of TBI, including the personal costs and struggles of those afflicted, their family members, and society, are not new to the MLNLaw blog. But how common are TBIs?
